Here is some more information about the Shark Tank Program for Mumineen:
Sunday, July 16th, starting after Zoher/Asr Namaz, in the Evan-e-Mufaddal, an
audience will watch as you can pitch your great ideas/working
businesses to real investors and/or obtain Qardan Hasana, in order to
jump-start your business. Approximately five experienced businessmen will evaluate
entrepreneurs' pitches and could decide to help them realize their
dreams.
Prepare a 5 minute (maximum) pitch to Mumineen Sharks.
How to get ready for your presentation:
- State your name, where you are from and your background.
- Describe your mission and product(s) and/or service(s). Bring samples if you can.
- Show why you are doing this and the passion behind your business.
- Who is your target market or customer- Mumineen, Hispanics, teenagers, etc.
- What is the progress you've made toward your plan and what has been your experience?
- What do you need from the "Sharks" to succeed? When/How will you reach your goals?
- How do you make sales- online, door to door, retail, etc.
- What is the demand, what are your sales, what are your costs, how much do you sell for, is your business profitable, what will be the return on investment, how can you scale & what is your competition and their numbers.
